As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item is available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return.
Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your items arrive damaged, please send photos to returns email@example.com.
Shipping Rates Our orders are delivered via UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout, you will be shown the cost of shipping. Back Orders If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
